Most orders ships from the Europe, some items ship from U.S .

All orders are shipped with tracking and notification on process and shipping. currently do not charge any sales tax for any items.

Return & Exchange Policy

We provide a 14-day return policy during which our customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days from when the item was received


We also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.

Note: We ship our products from Trusted and authentic suppliers from Spain and other European Countries. All our products undergo thorough quality checking before dispatch. We don't want to give our customers the risk to ship their orders back to Europe. Thus, We may provide you full refund without the need of the return "IN GENUINE CASES ONLY".

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Returns, refunds, store credits and exchanges may be made at the discretion of Nyorra.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify once the refund applied.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item.
